In Almond, N. Y., Feb. 9th, 1872. at the residence of her son, Orrin D. Crandall, Mrs. Lucy Crandall, relict of Mr. Russell Crandall, in the 77th year of her age. She was a member of the First Seventh-day Baptist Church of Hopkinton, R. I., and in her last moments expressed her unshaken confidence in the mercy of God to her through our Lord Jesus Christ. N. V.
