Todd County Argus (newspaper) - Thursday, 8 Dec 1910; page 1, col 4 LUCY REIMER DEAD Passes Away At Her Home Near Wesport, Minn., Tuesday. Miss Lucy Reimer passed away Tuesday of last week at her home near Westport, Stearns county, after a lingering illness of diabetes. The remains were brought here last Thursday by team and the funeral services were held from the Catholic church in this village Friday morning and the remains laid to their last resting place in the cemetery here. A large number of the relatives and friends attended the funerla (sic). Miss Lucy was about nineteen years of age at the time of her death and all during her illness and knowing that her time on this earth was short, she was always kind and considerate. And through her many acts of kindness, gained a large number of friends. She leaves besides her father, several brothers and sisters to mourn her untimely loss. The Argus extends its sympathy to the bereaved father and family.

Mountaineer (newspaper) in Sauk Centre, MN - 8 Dec 1910, Page 3 NORTH ASHLEY Miss Lucy Reimer, the twenty year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reimer of South Ashley, died Tuesday afternoon of Bright's disease. She had lived in South Ashley three years and was well known in that vicinity and Westport. She came to this locality three years ago with her parents from Long Prairie. The remains were taken to Long Prairie for burial.
