The following is from a book that Amy Bruder put together with family tree in 1985. It is 44 pages long - I wrote down the first few pages of it. Amy Bruder's address at that time was: Rt. 4, Long Prairie, MN 56347. 

  Auguste Bruder, daughter of Peter Bruder, was born in Germany, Aug. 18, 1860. She married John Remer, born in Germany, May 19, 1864. They had seven children: Lucy, Ambrose, Anna, Bernard, Gregor, Francis, and Lena.
   Auguste died on May 22, 1903. John died Aug. 17, 1926. They are both buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Long Prairie.

The Todd County Argus - Thursday, 28 May 1903, pg 1, col 3 

  Mrs. John Reamer, who resides south of Joseph Hains' in Reynolds, was brought to Jacob Holler's hospital last Friday noon a very sick woman. She passed away in the evening and the funeral was held Monday. She was about 38 years old and leaves seven children motherless, the oldest being about twelve.
