Louisa Kate Harry was born in 1901 at Plymouth in Devon, daughter of Jane Ann Harry, formerly Smith, and her husband William Richard Harry, a plasterer. Louisa appears in the 1911 census living with her parents and siblings in two rooms at 21 Nelson Street in Plymouth.

In 1927, aged 26, Louisa married Archibald Murray. They appear to have had a number of children together, although it is hard to be sure how many as another Mr Murray / Miss Harry couple married in Plymouth in 1933.

Louisa died in 1968, aged 66.
