    The Directory lists Louisa as the wid. of George A. Indianapolis' Spann Avenue was a few blocks south of Washington Street, and would be close to where Louisa lived before she was married. She was also shown at this same address in the 1891 City Directory. This was probably the same address shown in the 1898 City Directory, with a different number.
