Fostoria -- L Ardella Russell, 68, of 10973 W OH 18, Fostoria, died at 8 a .m. Friday, Sept. 3, 1999 at Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center. She was born Oct. 12, 1930 in Fostoria, to Wm and Josephine (Depinet) Fill iater. She married Kenneth R Russell on June 10, 1950 in Fort Wayne, In d, and he died April 30, 1994.

Surviving are a son, Gregory G of Fostoria; two daughters, Pamela A Russel l, Findlay; Mrs. Steve (Debra) Huff, Columbus; seven grandchildren, a grea t-granddaughter; two brothers, F Norbert Filliater, Fostoria; Donald Filli ater, Atlanta, Ga.; three sisters, Mrs. Walter (Helen) Feasel, Fremont; Mr s. Jack (Wilma) Ziegman, Orrville; Mrs. Robert (Janice) Colman, Fostori

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Wm Filliater; two sisters, Re gina Schlachter and Geraldine Canterbury.

Mrs. Russell was a homemaker and a bookkeeper. She was a member of St. Wen delin Catholic Church, Fostoria, Catawba West Harbor Yacht Club, Fostor ia Elks Club; and Women of the Moose, Port Clinton. She was a 1948 gradua te of St. Wendelin High School.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the churc h, where the rosary will be recited at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Burial wi ll be in Memory Gardens, Arcadia.

Visitation will be held from 2-9 p.m. Monday at Hoening Funeral Home, Fost oria. A Christian wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Monday at the fun eral home.

Memorials may be made to Bridge Home Health & Hospice, Findlay, the chur ch or the Oncology unit of Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center.
