Lorenzo Wetmore marce Nancy, daughter of Giles Sanford, in 1827. Both were born and lived all their lives in Camden. During the year 1850 they bought land and built a house, where later Third St. was laid out, kist above the site eventually selected for the Union School building. At that time it was only fuekdm surrounded by a rail fence, and reached by a small footpath. They had fir children -- Henry, who made his home in Detroit, Mich. ; Giles, who married Charlotte Curtis, and settled in Camden; he built a fine brick residence on Church St., now occupied by his only son, Charles
