Lois Engle, 78, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2004, in her home in Risings un. She was born March 17, 1926, in Risingsun to Oran W and LuElla A (Alliso n) Correll Sr, both deceased. She married Melvin Engle in November 1944 in New Rochester, and he pass ed away in June 1970. Those who survive her include a son, Rick Engle, and a daughter, Judy Rous h, both of Risingsun; two brothers, Oran Correll Jr, Risingsun, and Dona ld Correll, Fostoria; three sisters, Phyllis Walter, Betty Morel and Ma ry Mundwiler, all of Risingsun; and four grandchildren, Greg Roush, Sher ry Roush, Andrea Engle and Danielle Engle. Her family is completed wi th a great-granddaughter, Josylynn Geren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oran W and LuElla A (Allison) C orrell Sr; her loving husband, Melvin Engle; and a son, Larry Engle. Mrs. Engle retired from Atlas Cummins, Fostoria. She worked part-time at t he Geary Family YMCA in Fostoria. She was an avid bowler and received ma ny trophies to show for her efforts. Visitation was held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Friday, May 14, at Brandt Funer al Home, Wayne. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 15, at 11 a.m. in the Brandt Fune ral Home, Wayne. Memorial donations are suggested to American Cancer Society or Geary Fami ly YMCA. Barndt Funeral Home, Wayne, is assisting the family with arrangement
