Graduate of Cornell Univ. class of 1917. Joined American Field Service for ambulance duty with French Army in 1917 and received a citation from the French govt. Entered US Air Service after declaration of war by US. Made Lieut. qualified as pursuit pilot. His plane crashed, his arm was badly broken, and he was on disability list for remainder of war. Took a course for Federal Board for Vocational Training. Now employed with the H.K.GH. Silk Co, Watertown CT where he lives. Member St. Philip's P.E. church, Dyke Heights, Brooklyn. Member Phi Kappa Sigma, Alpha Phi Chapter [JMSeaver, 1924].
