Obituary

MISS LINNIE ELBERS DIES IN GRAND RAPIDS

 Miss Linnie Elbers, for many years a resident of Coopersville, died Friday, May 22, in the Avery Convalescent home in Grand Rapids.  She was 63 years old.
 She was born in Coopersville and spent most of her life here.  She was employed for some time as bookkeeper at the former Daggett Canning Co., and also at the Coopersville Co-Operative Elevator Co.  After moving to Grand Rapids she was associated with The Grand Rapids Herald.  She is survived by several cousins.
 Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. from the Throop Funeral Home, the Rev. g.J. Rozeboom officiating.  Burial was in the  Coopersville cemetery.
