  Word has been received by Lloyd ARKLIE, 209 S. Maple Ave., of the death of his sister, Mrs. Lida A. SWINEHART, 80, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William B. BELL, 55 S. Gamble St.,Shelby,Ohio.     Mrs. SWINEHART was a registered nurse and the widow of Fred E. SWINEHART, one-time resident of Sturgis. Mr. SWINEHART will be remembered as a partner in the firm of Rehm and SWINEHART Clothing Company here about 25 years ago.
