1909 estate record lists heirs at law as Rachel Boggs, Melissia Thomas, Fannin Weathers, T.A. Stout, and John H. Morrow (all children of the deceased), husband is deceased and there are no other heirs. Probate was filed on April 6, and there’s some debate over a check she wrote (allegedly) to her daughter on January 18.

At the time, at least James and William appear to have been deceased but to have left children, but for some reason that was not accounted for.
