    The Application for Letters of Administration, dated 8 April 1890, lists his only heirs at law as follows:
    Mary A. Zigler, age 59, widow, at Sterling, Ohio;
    Julia A. Beichler, age 40, daughter, of Rittman, Ohio;
    Elizabeth Richard, age 38, daughter, of Sterling, Ohio;
    Mary Etta Yoder, age 35, daughter, of Sharon, Malina co., Ohio;
    Levi U. Zigler, age 28, son, of Seville, Ohio;
    Alice Overholt, age 26, daughter, of Rittman, Ohio;
    L. D. Zigler, age 24, son, of Sterling, Ohio; and
    Verna Zigler, age 20, daughter, of Sterling, Ohio.

    Records also mention Frankie, Freddie, Edith, and Lodema, the minor heirs of Malinda Beichler, deceased.

    In the Representation of Insolvency, dated 28 Dec. 1892, it was written that the total value of the personal estate was $734.87, preferred claims amounted to $1068.31, the balance of the assets to pay ordinary claims was $3775.06, and valid claims amounted to $5961.55.

    A petition by Margaret Rutter, dated 9 Feb. 1892, describes a promissory note for $800 plus interest (at 7%) was made on 7 April 1888 by Levi Zigler to be paid after two years. The deed was filed 9 April 1888 and recorded in Wayne Co. Mortgage Records vol. 113, p. 262. His property (excepting his widow's dower) was sold at public auctions on 29 Nov. 1890 to Robert McElroy and on 10 Dec. 1892 to Jacob Beichler.
