    a historical marker is located on highway 231 south of Talladega. Among the overgrowth, a tombstone - Lawler, Levi, Sacred to the Memory of Levi Lawler, who was born in N. C. 1767, and died on the 16th day of April 1836. As a tribute of affection this is erected by his grandson, Levi W. Lawler.
    Also in the cemetery are tombstones for Abner Lawler b. Sep 1, 1798 & d. Feb 1846 and Lydia b. 24 Sep 1794 & d. 23 Aug 1858
