Levi Beckley died Thursday of diabetes at his home in Loudon Township. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. Earl Stainbrook and burial was made at Kilgore, Saturday.
The deceased was born January 16, 1861. In 1887 he was married to Ella Burrier, who survives together with two sons, James E. and Edward E., both living at Kilgore; also two sisters, three brothers and 9 grandchildren. Mr. Beckley was a life-long member of the Lutheran Church.
