OBITUARY: Geneva Free Press – Times May 12, 1913 - "Austin Waterman Dead." "Austin Waterman died at Emergency hospital at 6:20 Sunday evening, after an illness of several months. Funeral services will be held Wednesday and the body will be taken to Iowa for burial. Mr. Watérman’s home was at Olds, Iowa, but he was born and raised in Lake County. He came here a year ago to visit relatives and was taken ill while here. He was over 80 years of age. Mr. Waterman leaves one daughter, Mrs Emma Page, who was with her father during his last illness. Two brothers, Andrew and Alfred Waterman, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Forbes and Miss Eunice Waterman, reside in Madison."
