Leslie Joseph McCarthy

Leslie Joseph McCarthy, 70, of 3497 Hillcrest Road, and formerly of Bernard, Ia., died Wednesday at Mercy Medical Center.

Services will be held Saturday at a time to be announced. Friends may call after 7 pm Thursday at the Devaney Funeral Home in Cascade, Ia.

Surviving are his wife, the former Helen Donovan; a son, Ronald J. of Dubuque; seven grandchildren; a brother, Vern, and two sisters, Mrs. Edmund (Ardella) Leonard and Mrs. Clifford (Lucille) Donovan, all of Bernard.

Services for Leslie Joseph McCarthy, 70, of 3497 Hillcrest Road will be held at noon Saturday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in North Garryowen, Ia. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Devaney Funeral Home in Cascade, Ia., where the Scripture Wake Service will be held at 8 pm Friday.

Mr. McCarthy died Wednesday at Mercy Medical Center.
