LeRoy Was born Jan 20, 1914 in Oklohoma. He first married Iola Floyd in 1931. This marriage ended in devorce. He second married Eula Mae Hunter. LeRoy and Eula Mae had 2 daughters, Ovella May, and Sharon Gayle. After the death of Eula Mae, Leroy remarried his first wife Iola, and they live in California.

LeRoy first moved to California in 1934, near Wilmington CA, then moved to PaloVerde about 1962. He owned the Tarbet Plumbing Construction Company in the Los Angeles area from 1950 to 1962 priior to moving to Palo Verde.
