They were Methodist. Louisa immigrated in 1862. Louisa's earnings were $300 and Walker's was $350. They had 3 boarders.
- The Hamilton Spectator Obituary, Tuesday April 25, 1933: Member of Centenary United (Methodist) Church. Made her home in Hamilton since 1881. Residence 283 King Street East, Hamilton.
- Death Record: Died in Hamilton at age 89 and buried in Hamilton Cemetery. A widow born in England. Father was James Bridgeman (Nathaniel Bridgeman) and mother was Louisa Wilcox (Elizabeth Rundall) born in England. Informant was James (Walker) Reid. Evidently he did not know his grandparents names.
