One of the cases which came up before Judge Chambers today was that of Leon McClenahan, aged 13, of Mahoning Twp. On November 1 the first day of the recent hunting season, McClenahan was in the company of Patsy Cicchillo, aged 21, when a gun in the hands of McClenahan was discharged, the shot wounding Cicchillo. Authorities who investigated the case at the time believed that the shooting was purely accidental. There had been no quarrel between McClenahan and Cicchillo, so far as could be learned.

However an information was later made against McClenahan before a local alderman in which the boy was charged with attempting to kill. The case was then thrown into juvenile court where it will probably be finally disposed of.
