L. Lucille Andersen, 54, Rockland, died at the Power County Hospital in American FalLs on Sunday following a long illness.
She was born November 18, 1914, at Rockland, a daughter of William and Esther Dillard Clausen. She attended grade school at Landing, Idaho and high school in American Falls, graduating in 1933. On Nov 18, 1933, she was married to Arthur Andersen at Rockland.
Mrs. Andersen taught 4H Homemaking for 25 years and served on the Power County Advisory Council for the Extension Service. She also was active in the Lutheran Church and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include her widower, Arthur, Rockland; her father, William Clausen, Boise; two sons, Kenneth, Tacoma, Washington; and Steve, Rockland; four daughters, Esther Hopkins, Shoshone; Dwen Jones, Nampa; Sharon Cox, Moscow and Nancy Andersen, Rockland; a brother, Tom Clausen, Tacoma, Wash; two sisters, Mildred Christensen, Tacoma and Fay Moore, Boise, and seven grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by one son, Darwin.
Funeral Services will be Thursday at 1 pm from St. John's Lutheran Church in American Falls with Rev Norman O. Landvik officiating. Burial will be in Valleyview cemetary in Rockland. Friends may call at the Davis Mortuary from 2 to 5 pm and Thursday from 8 am until service time.

Mrs Lucille Andersen, 55, Rockland, passed away at Power County Hospital in American Falls, Jan 12 following a long illness.
She was born Nov 18, 1914, in Rockland, a daughter of William and Esther Dillard Clausen. She attended grade school at Landing, Idaho, and high school in American Falls, graduating in 1933. On Nov 18, 1933 she married Arthur Andersen at Rockland.

She was preceeded in death by one son Darwin in 1967.

Casket bearers will be Ralph Barrett, Melvin Schritter, Denis Schumacher, George Barrett, Leon Henrichs and Keith Henrichs.
Flowers will be cared for by the ladies of the church.
