LeRoy M. Lettington, 64, of 345 Tonga Dr., died Thursday, April 20, 1995, in St. Luke's Hospital after a short illness. Services: 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. Richard Lehman of Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, Marion. Inurnment: Pleasant Grove Cemetery, McGregor. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Carlean; and a daughter, Rhonda of Decorah. LeRoy was born Feb. 1, 1931, in Indianola, to Leo and Margaret Montgomery Lettington, and married Carlean Lang on April 9, 1954, in Castalia. He was a supervisor in the shipping department at Quaker Oats for 28 years, retiring in 1990. He was a member of Marion American Legion Post 698 and Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, Marion. LeRoy was a Korean War Army veteran.
