Death certificate lists age as 71 years, 5 months, 26 days which gives date of birth. This may be a little inaccurate because age is hard to read and appears to have overwritten another age on the certificate.

Records for the Knox Cemetery show that Lavina is buried in the same plot as Joseph and Cordelia (Lewis) Hulse and James and Julia Lewis. However, no headstone can be found there.
