!KNICKNAME: Tootsie / Toots !Toots worked as a waitress at Toller's in Sioux City where she met Bill. He was a soda jerk there. She also worked in a carrot factory, as an elevator operator, and as a sales clerk at Dorsey's and Naha's. She had open heart surgery in November of 1975. She suffered from diabetes in her later years, and died from complications of a heart attack in April 1993. She and Bill lived at 4209 Polk St., Sioux City, IA; 329 Geneva, Glendale, CA; 8300 Valecrest Dr., Sun Valley, CA; 2756 Mayfield Ave., and 3104 Pontiac lane, Cresenta, CA; 4148 Monogram, Lakewood, CA; 1616 S. She was cremated at her request. !BAPTISM: Ellen Halabuk was baptised and confirmed for Tootsie in the Washington D.C. Temple on 23 Feb., 2002. !INITIATORY_ORDINANCE: Ellen Halabuk was a proxie for the initiatory ordinance in the Washington D.C. Temple on 13 April, 2002, for Lauria Rosalene Demers. !ENDOWMENT_ORDINANCE: On a Newport News Virginia Stake Temple Day, members of the stake helped perform Halabuk Family File ordinances and served as proxie for the endowment ordinance for Lauria Rosalene Demers in the Washington D.C.
