The following appeared in the Terre Haute Tribune, Tuesday, 13 Sep 1967.S1

MRS. LAURA B. VARNER
JASONVILLE. Ind. (Special)
— Mrs. Laura B. Varner, 84, died at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday in a hospital at Belleville, Mich. Surviving are a son, Charles, Belleville, and a granddaughter. The body will be returned to the McClanahan Funeral Home, where services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in the Lebanon Cemetery. Friends may call after 6 p.m. Thursday.
