== Biography ==Laura Bell Havens Leach was born on 6 Nov 1905 in Montgomery County, Kentucky, United States. She was the daughter of Sam Havens and Laura Wilson. [1]
Her mother passed away when she was only 3 weeks old on November 28th.
In 1910 She was living with her father, new mother and brother in the home of her new grandmother but was listed as her niece. She was 4 years old and they lived in Frenchburg, Menifee County, Kentucky, United States [1]
They moved back to Montgomery County before 1920. She was listed as being 13 years old, She was attending school and she could read and write. [2]
She was still in Montgomery County, Kentucky in 1930. She was with her father, step-mother and 9 siblings. [3]
She married James Monroe Leach on 02 Jan 1934 in Owingsville, Bath County, Kentucky. [4]

In 1935 and 1940 She was living in Magisterial District 4, Montgomery County, Kentucky, United States with her husband and children. Her brother, Albert was also with them in 1940. [5]

She was laid to rest in Machpelah Cemetery, Mount Sterling, Montgomery, Kentucky, United States of America on the South Side in Section 11. [8]
