Services held from Phillips & Luckey Funeral Chapel in Rockdale. Burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Rev. J.N. Foreman, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Rockdale, officiated. Nephews were pallbearers.

She was BORN c.1909. SURVIVORS: Husband, A.C. Towery of Rockdale; son, Glenn Towery of Austin; sister, Mrs. E.L. Curry of Rockdale; 4 grandchildren.
