A Town of Porter man is dead and 11 others persons are being treated for injuries which they received in a series of traffic mishaps in this area during the weekend. The dead man was LaVerne F. Calkins, 65, of Calkins road, who was killed early yesterday when a tractor, which he was operating in the Youngstown-Wilson road, left the road and over-turned, pinning Calkins underneath the machine. Cpl. John D.
