Kathleen Ellen Timothy was born on 15th July 1856 and baptised the following month in the parish of St Giles, Cripplegate in the City of London. She was the daughter of Elizabeth Timothy, formerly Hutchings, and her husband Peter Vincent Timothy, a surgeon. The family lived at 38 Barbican in London. Sadly Kathleen died when she was only just over a year old. She appears to have gone to live at her paternal grandparents' home at 5 York Grove, Peckham (in the parish of Camberwell) in the southern suburbs of London, and died there in 1857. She was buried at Nunhead Cemetery in Camberwell on 29th September 1857.
