Catherine may have been Kathleen wrongly transcribed. Henry STOKES was born 1879 and died 1967. He married Kathleen FRANKS (M. Serjeantson). Lt. Col. Henry Stokes, OBE (1917), FRCSI (Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland), late RAMC (Royal Army Medical Corps), served in WW1, Pres RCSI, Surg Meath Hosp, was born 11jan1879, educated at Trin Coll Dublin (MS 1903), married 11sep1911, Kathleen Elizabeth FRANKS (d. 11jun1956), 3rd daughter of Sir John Hamilton Franks, CB (Companion, Order of the Bath), JP, of Dublin (see Burke's), and died jul1967 (Burke's).
