Katherine Cheney was the daughter of Richard Cheney and his second wife Katherine married(1) 1 Sept 1701, James Parnell, as his second wife (Parnell died November of that year, naming two daughters by his first wife in his will) Katherine married (2) 18 June 1702 Robert Browne, son of Abel Browne, sheriff of Anne Arundel County.
