Karoline Albertine Koepsell remarried after Gottlieb Mueller died in a lumbering accident. In the second marriage, she died in childbirth as did the child.

Stone found in Lebanon Twp sec 29SW of Dodge County. Wisconsin in

St Pauls Evan Luth Ch cemetery south section.  Witte Caroline A frau von A  Aug 26, 1826 - Feb 15 1865. 

Limestone stone is in the Old Lebanon cemetery, north end, last row on the top of the hill (next to Johann Schley).

Caroline's brother, Wm Gottfried Koepsell was guardian for a short time to Erdmuth, Wm, August, and Franz.

The children come to Minnesota in 1860's to settle with their Mueller uncles.
