She was born January 30, 1946, in Rome, NY, a daughter of Benjamin and Cecile Drumb Staring. She is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Odessa and James Owen, Stittville. She was predeceased by her parents; a sister Naomi Hicks; and brothers, Rollin Staring and Wendell Staring. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in care of Dimbleby, Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral Home, Whitesboro.
