!ADM LTRS: Be it remembered that on the 15th day of September AD, 1868, Letters of Administraton to the Estate of Josiah Weidemeyer late of the Township of Bedminster deceased, were in due form of law granted unto Samuel Weidemyer [4 words illegible] according to law and having been duly sworn that as the Administrator of the estate of the said Josiah Weidemyer deceased [1 word illegible] well and truly administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits of said deceased, according to law, and also will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to Collateral Inheritance and the estate will not exceed $1000.

Know all Men by these Presents, that we: Samuel Weidemyer, John A. Loux. Samuel Atherholt are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the sum of $300. Lawful Silver Money of the United States of America, to be paid to the said Commonwealth for the use thereof to the which payment well and truly to be made. We bind ourselves for and in the whole [7 words illegible] and Administrators [11 words illegible] dated the fifteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight. The condition of this obligation is, that if the above bouden Samuel Weidemyer, Administrator of all and singular, goods, chattels and credits of Josiah Weidemyer late of the Township of Bedminster deceased [3 words illegible] to make a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels and [1 word illegible] of the said deceased, which have come or shall come to the hands possesion or knowledge of the said Samuel Weidemyer [other names illegible - probably John A.
