WILL:

    Last Will and Testament of Jonas Weidemeyer of Bedminster Town Ship Bucks County and State of Pennsylvania Which is as follows, To Wit 
    First it is my will that all My just debts and funeral Expenses Shall be fully paid as soon after My decease as the Same Can Conveniently be done. 
    Second.  It is my will that My father Samuel Weidemeyer shall have the whole Contol and Management of my Farm And all my Other property.  The same as tho I were living and present during his Natural life.  And at his decease it is my Will that all My property Shall be sold at Public Sale to the highest bidder here by Authorizing My Executor hereinafter Named to Execute good and lawful deeds to the purchasers of My Real Estate.  And after all of My property is disposed of I do hereby Order and direct that after all My debts and the Expenses of the Settlements of My Estate are paid.  I do hereby order and direct that the balance of My Estate Shall be equally divided Among All My Children, Share And Share alike. 
    And Lastly:  I nominate Constitute and appoint John A. Loux as the Executor of this My Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will by Me Made. 
    In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set My hand and Seal this thirtieth day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Nine.
