Maultster", dated 31 Jul 1723, proved 31 Jan 1730/31, names wife Dorothy Treadway use of house in Charlestown "Which I Built upon ye Land w'ch I Bought of my S'd Wives son Sam'll Cuttler"; son James Treadway; daughters Unis & Cathren Treadway [not married]; my Six Children Viz James Treadway, Bethiah Jones, Tabitha [Munk?], Sarah Priest, Unis Treadway & Cathren Treadway; grandson Sam'll Maxfield [sic, Maxwell?]. Wife Dorothy and sons in law Thomas Jones & Cristopher Munk to be executors, desiring cousins Leu't Josiah Jones & James Jones both of Weston to give assistance.
25 Feb 1731: Inventory of Josiah Tredway late of Charlestown Deceased. Not sworn to before widow died, superseded by a later inventory 29 Dec 1736 but widow noted she had sold some items to provide support for herself but apparently they were not added before her death. A new inventory "taken mostly upon memory" 29 May 1740. [??]
28 Jul 1740: Account of Thomas Jones "the only surviving acting Executor" of Josiah Treadway late of Charlestown, allowed. 11 Apr 1743: further account allowed.
