    Josiah Thomas [#13], s/o David Thomas [#3] and Abigail Wood, b. 1691, d. 1759, m. Deborah ---.
[Note: this source has conflated two Josiah Thomas. The one that married Deborah was of Marshfield (at marriage) and Duxbury (at death) and a different person. The uncle Josiah Thomas of Middleborough from whom several nieces and nephews inherited (e.g., see deed cited on this page, also a deed mentioned on this page where he quitclaims for no money half of an inherited lot to his brother's children) was of Middleborough and clearly had no issue or he could not have been so generous to nieces and nephews. Both of these Josiahs had probate files in 1750, so it is not clear what informed the 1759 date given in this source, but it is either an error, or a different person.]
