Carpenter", dated 25 Sep 1746, proved 20 Mar 1750[/51], names wife Deborah Thomas; second son Joshua Thomas; "my Five Sons and Two Daughter that is William Thomas Joshua Thomas Peleg Thomas Benjamin Thomas and Consider Thomas and my Two Daughters that is Deborah Thomas and Ruth Thomas". Friend Captain Gamaliel Bradford to be executor.
    20 Mar 1750: Presented by the Executor who refused to accept of the Trust.
