LINN, JOSETTA E. Pewamo

Age 74, died August 19, 1993. She was born in Westphalia on May 14, 1919 the daughter of Henry and Clara (Schafer) Weber. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, the St. Joseph Altar Society, and the church choir. She worked at Beckers Bridal Shop until she retired and was an avid quilter. She is survived by her husband Richard; 3 daughters, Clarina (David) Adcock of Lansing, Mary Ellen (John) Snodgrass of Ravenna, OH, LuAnn (Gary) Hendee of Pewamo; 3 sons, Patrick (Kay) Klein, Ronald (Patricia) Klein, both of Pewamo, Marvin (Sandy) Klein of Grand Ledge; 17 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 5 brothers, Thomas (Mary Lou) Weber, Anthony (Ann) Weber, Clair (Dora) Weber, Edward (Carolyn) Weber of Westphalia; 3 sisters, Marjorie Smith of Westphalia, Eleanora Klein of Pewamo, Sister Theresa Weber of Detroit. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her first husband Roman in 1965. The family will receive friends at St. Mary's Chapel, Westphalia, Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Rosary will be prayed Saturday and Sunday, 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, August 23, 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pewamo with The Rev. Fr. Joseph Pettit officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Pewamo. Casket Bearers will be Michael Klein, Scott Adcock, Joe Adcock, Dan Klein, Donald Klein, and Adam Klein. The family is being served by Gorsline-Runciman Co., Neller Chapel, Portland.
