VIII. Joseph WILLIAMS b. 19 Oct 1801, Russell Co., Virginia, resided 1810-1825, Grainger Co., Tenn, m. 27 Apr 1817, in Grainger Co., TN, Polly CLARK, b. abt 1801, d. unk, Tennessee (?). Joseph was born in Russell Co., Va in 1801, where his parents were known to have lived then, then moved to Grainger Co., Tn with them at about 9 yrs-old in about 1808. He is believed to have been the administrator of his mother's intestate estate in 1863.
