    Ann married Joseph Way 3 Sept 1728 in South Carolina. Their children were Elizabeth; and Joseph Way, bap. 2 April 1738, into the "Independent Society in Dorchester". In 1734, Joseph Way went to Maryland to try to break the entail on "Middle Plantation, inherited from Ann's grandfather Mareen Duvall, but failed. He returned to South Carolina where he died.
    - In 1761, Ann's son Joseph Way, having collected 5 depositions from persons who knew his mother and grandfather, along with his Certificate of Baptism, began the process of finally breaking the entail on "Middle Plantation".
