Beginning at a poplar hickory and Spanish oak, N 64, W 58 poles to 2 wh. oaks, N 25, W to a pine on the side of a hill corner Jean Doltons land and with her line, Down the hill to a bl. oak by a stony path another corner to Jean Dalton's land, With her lien again crossing a dry gully to a dogwood stump, several sprouts growing out of the top of it, Up the meanders of the run to three lynns at the foot of a steep hill, Up the hill to a chestnut oak another corner to Jean Dalton's land With her line to a poplar her corner formerly a line in the old survey, Leaving her line S 65, W to a bl. oak on the side of a ridge, S 20, W 52 poles crossing a branch and over a ridge to a pine, S 33, E 68 poles, crossing another branch and up a steep hill to a hickory on the top of sd. hill, S 9, E 42 poles down the hill and crossing the draft to a bl. oak on the east end of a ridge, S 45, E 28 poles to a wh oak in a bottom by a road side S 73, E 45 poles to 2 hickory grubs at the mouth of a dry gully being a corner of sd.
