    6 Apr 1752: Bond of Martha Nichols Widow as administrat'x of the Estate of her late husband Joseph Nichols late of Framingham aforesaid Deceased Intestate.

    11 Jun 1753: Memorial of "Martha How, Relict Widow of Mr. Samuel How, Sometime of Framingham afores'd Dec'd", that her husband left a valuable estate in the hands of "Mr Joseph Nicholls, and Martha his wife (my Said Husband's only Surviving Daughter)" has had for "more than twenty one years before the Death of her Son (the said Joseph Nicholls)" had use of "such a part thereof, as Appeared to them to be Just & Equitiable & was Also so accepted by Your Memorialist", so that no hard division is required.
