    [Note: this is an error, should say 1742, which makes sense given that the father died in 1752 and Alpheus was assigned a guardian [Middlesex Probate 15957], under 14 in 1752 when Ebenezer Goddard appointed his guardian, and age 20 on 4 Apr 1763, when he chose Daniel Stone to be his guardian.
