Will Book B, page 90 Fayette County, TN: I, Joseph Lynn of the County of Fayette and State of Tennessee, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid out of any money that I may die possessed of, or that may first come into the hands of my Executor. 2nd, I give and bequeath to my four grandsons, viz. R. B. Bond, Houston Bond, F. B. Bond and Thos. Bond, (in addition to what has already been given to their Mother) one hundred dollars, to be equally divided between them. 3rd, I give and bequeath to my grandson, Turner Milem, one thousand dollars, to be kept in the hands of my Executor for his use and benefit provided that only the interest on said amount be used for him until he arrives at the age of twenty-one years. 4th, and lastly, I direct that all the balance of my estate of every kind be sold and the proceeds be equally divided between my following named children, to share and share alike, viz., Benjamin F. Lynn, Sydney Hany, (widow of George Hany), Charlotte Johnston, Wife of John Johnston, Eveline Barnett, Wife of William Barnett, Nancy Morehead, Wife of Phillip Morehead, Elizabeth Johnston, Wife of William Johnston, and Charles Lynn; to them and their heirs forever. I hereby nominate and appoint my friend, George Thompson, my Executor, to this my last Will and Testament.
