This day William Galbreath Esquire Guardian of the minor heirs if Joseph Kincaid dec'd tendered to the Court his Resignation as such Guardian which was accepted.

This day Airy E. Kincaid came into Court and tendered to the Court her resignation as Executrix of the Estate of her dec'd. husband Joseph Kincaid which was accepted by the Court.

Whereupon the said Airy E. Kincaid entered into Bond in the sum of fifteen hundred Dollars with George Davidson and JOhn T. Neel her securities which Bond being duly acknowledged in Open Court by the said Airy E. Kincaid & her said Securities was by the Court approved. ~
