Joseph B "JB" Kelly, was a whiskey salesman for Bonney Distributing from 1949 to 1971 and was a life resident of Oswego, NY. He was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks(BPOE) and he compiled and edited the Honor Roll Book for Oswego Veterans in World War II.
