Jonathan Seaver died intestate, and his estate was divided on 11 April 1755 (Suffolk County MA Probate Records, Volume 50, Pages 28-29) by Robt Spurr Esq, and Messrs Richard Hall (both of Dorchester), and Joseph Warren, Stephen Williams and Increase Sumner (all of Roxbury). The inventory totalled 383 pounds, 12 shillings. The family members named in the division were: Wife Anna, his widow, her thirds. Ebenezer, eldest brother of deceased the other 2/3, and pay his brother Robt Seaver, representative of his brother Joshua Seaver and his sister Jemima Woods, L95.18s. The heirs agreed to the division on May 31 1755: Jemima Woods, Joshua Seaver, Samuel Seaver, Wm Seaver, Elizh Wells. Jonathan Seaver died "in 54th year" and is buried in Eliot Cemetery in Roxbury, Massachusetts. References
