- ↑ Source:Bond, Henry. Family Memorials. Genealogies of the Families and Descendants of the Early Settlers of Watertown, Massachusetts, Including Waltham and Weston (1855), p. 148, has such incomplete information about Jonathan Bullard as to be misleading, and in fact makes several errors. The right answers are shown by his probate (abstracted in detail above):
* Death date added * Elizabeth Barns married this man, not his grandson, as Bond shows * Missing children Nathaniel, Benjamin, Elizabeth added * Abigail, wife of Abraham Bigelow, daughter of son Joseph, not of son Jonathan Jr. (Bond himself corrected this p. 732) * Daughter Hannah married Isaac Stanhope Separately, evidence on daughter Hannah's page shows: * Mary, wife of John Kimball, daughter of this man, not Jonathan Jr. Unfortunately, Source:Bullard, Edgar John. Other Bullards, a Genealogy (p. 34) appears to have simply copied Bond.
