Yeoman being at this time under some dissettlement & disquiement by Reason of my wives Remouving from me and not Expecting her Return", dated 22 Mar 1708-9, codicil 4 Apr 1709, proved 3 Nov 1712, gives "to my wife the on Third of my personal Estate To be sett out to her as the Law directs, and allso the whole income of my Real Estate Dureing her Naturall life"; William Caswell and Lidiah Caswel son and Daughter to my Brother William Caswell & my sister Marcey his wife of Taunton.
